walk& change Challenge Results Week 1

The results of week 1 are in! 🎉🎉🎉
We walked 612km together and saved €449 on fast fashion purchases!!

What a fantastic start!!!!

For those of you who are new here:

walk&change isn’t just about fitness and “walking more.” It’s about being more mindful of our environment. And that means slowing down to be more aware and connect with ourselves better.

This doesn’t just mean walking when we have the time, but consciously leaving the car at home or the e-bike (which also uses energy!!) and WALKING:

GO… shopping
GO… to the movies
GO… to school
GO… to work

Of course, we’ll start simple, with what’s easy for us. And that’s precisely why the challenge runs until the end of the year. Because nothing happens overnight, and change is a journey of growth: a journey to your true self.

Furthermore, we make better, more conscious decisions. For example, buying less, but better.
