Who are Anna, Julia & Martina?
Anna Karsch is a graduate fashion designer from Munich and the founder and creative force behind the slow-fashion label akjumii. Since 2012, she has been developing sustainable design concepts with high aesthetic and ethical standards. Her work is characterized by a clear, timeless design language and a deep understanding of fair production processes. Anna Karsch combines design, sustainability, and responsibility with the goal of creating durable clothing that is consciously consumed. At the heart of her work is a resource-conserving design philosophy that questions traditional consumption patterns and presents alternatives to the fast-fashion model. This approach is also reflected in the akjumii Store & Studio, which she curates.

She describes her work as follows: “everyone can develop a good style—even from what’s already in their wardrobe. My task is to assemble personality, wardrobe content, and individual body shapes into a harmonious whole—with craftsmanship, empathy, and creativity.” In addition to her work as a personal stylist, she is committed to raising awareness about the textile industry by running workshops and giving lectures on how sustainable clothing consumption can be implemented simply and effectively.
