Why?

Participants of earlier walk&save challenges have reported positive changes:

  1. they are naturally fitter because they walk more
  2. they are more stable mentally because walking helps to calm down and sort thoughts
  3. they save money by not buying what they do not really need

Why?

Plus: you are rewarded for each day of active participation.

Each day you logg into your dashboard, €0,30 are counted towards your profile.  At the end of the challenge, you will receive a Coupon of max. €10,- to spend on workshops or sustainable / slow fashion pieces in November.

The full programm is building up – so check back frequently – and will be available at the start of challenge, so you’ll have something to look forward to.

What?

  1. WALK more: try to do some more steps than usual – by taking the stairs instead of the lift, by walking instead of driving, by taling an extra walk before or after work or during lunch break
  2. SAVE more: refuse to buy any new clothes during the challenge period, keep track of what you are NOT buying, thus saving money
  3. EARN each day you participate

Where?

In the “real” world:

Walk more every day by:

  • Taking the stairs instead of the lift,
  • walking to the office or
  • parking the car a bit further away from your destination,

Online:

Logg into your dashboard and state what you do NOT buy.

Sounds difficult but isn’t: if you see something you would normally buy, take a note of what it would cost, write it down

How?

  1. Register to get access to your personal dashboard
  2. Get online every day to logg your daily steps and savings (if applicable) into your dashboard (you can also logg your progress once a week, but we recommend making it a daily habit to really feel the change happening)
  3. Be active on Instagram: share stories or comment on walk.4future

Point 3 is not a precondition to participate in the challenge. If you are not on social media,  not a problem.

Registration opens on September 24th!
