walk&save Challenge – Prep-Course
We are exactly 7 weeks away from our first walk& save Challenge in 2026 where we want to show our collective power by walking more and spending less on stuff we actually don’t need or which harms planet and people.
walk&save however, is not about #fitness and #underconsumption. The main goal is not to become fit like hell or financially healthier because of not spending – even if both range amonst the top-side effects of the walk&save Challenge.
What it really is, though: A Consciousness – Challenge
- we want to become conscious about what we really want and need so we can only invest in things we definitely want and need
- we want to become conscious about our impulses so we can replace them by clear decisions
The main goal is to become the independent, self-thinking, and truly self-aware person that we are meant to be as human beings. Everyone and each of us.
We want to free ourselves from marketing slogans and get back in the driver’s seat of our lives and take control. Choose what’s good for us NOW AND FOR THE FUTURE. That’s what this challenge is all about.
And when we finally join our efforts in a collective challenge in March, we want all participants to be ready for it:
- We want to show the world the power of our better choices.
- We want to show the big fashion players that we want them produce less and better.
- We want to force the system that exploits planet and people to change because we choose to withdraw our money from such companies and invest it in better brands and companies.
This is why we are taking you on a learning journey, offering simple (but not too easy!) exercises every week.
In the meantime we are creating a new dashboard and member area in the background, so you can get the maximum out of the challenge, too.
So, every Sunday we’ll publish an exercise for the week ahead.
