Und da wir beschlossen haben, die Challenge bis zum Ende des Jahres zu verl\u00e4ngern... solltest du dich jetzt WIRKLICH vorbereiten, um sie durchzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Hier sind einige Vorschl\u00e4ge:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muss:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Stelle sicher, dass du einen Schrittz\u00e4hler auf deinem Smartphone hast.<\/strong> Du brauchst keine ausgefallene App - dein Smartphone hat h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich schon eine standardm\u00e4\u00dfig. Auf dem iPhone ist es zum Beispiel die \u201cGesundheit\u201d-App.<\/li>\n<li>Vergewissere dich, dass du dich bei unserem <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/walk4future.com\/de\/newsletter\/\">Updates<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, denn nur so wirst du an den LOGIN erinnert, der ab <strong>Samstag, 28.
