Das Hauptziel ist nicht, fit oder finanziell ges\u00fcnder zu werden, weil man keine Ausgaben t\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Aber beides sind definitiv Nebenwirkungen dessen, was die walk&amp;change Challenge wirklich ist:<\/p>\n<h4>Eine Bewusstseins - Herausforderung.<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Wir wollen uns bewusst werden, was wir wirklich wollen und brauchen, damit wir nur in Dinge investieren k\u00f6nnen, die wir wirklich wollen und brauchen.<\/li>\n<li>wir wollen uns unserer Impulse bewusst werden, damit wir sie durch klare Entscheidungen ersetzen k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Woche 1 - \u00dcbung:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Beobachte deinen Kaufimpuls<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Wann immer du in einem Gesch\u00e4ft bist, deine normalen Eink\u00e4ufe erledigst oder wenn du bei einem Spaziergang an sch\u00f6nen Schaufenstern vorbeikommst: Beobachte dich selbst und deine Kaufimpulse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wann versp\u00fcrst du den Drang, etwas zu kaufen?<\/li>\n<li>Was ist es, das dich ausl\u00f6st?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Und wenn du kannst: kaufe nicht. Oder z\u00f6gere den Kauf zumindest hinaus. Geh nach Hause und lass es vor\u00fcbergehen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du deine Erfahrungen mit dieser \u00dcbung in einem Tagebuch festhalten.
