Die Studie analysierte 45 Jahre Daten von 22.750 Zwillingen, die vor 1958 geboren wurden, und untersuchte den Zusammenhang zwischen Freizeitaktivit\u00e4t, Sterblichkeit und biologischer Alterung.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Moderate Bewegung zeigt den gr\u00f6\u00dften Nutzen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Die Teilnehmer wurden anhand ihres Aktivit\u00e4tsniveaus in vier Gruppen eingeteilt: sitzend, m\u00e4\u00dfig aktiv, aktiv und sehr aktiv. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Unterschied im Sterberisiko zwischen der sitzenden und der m\u00e4\u00dfig aktiven Gruppe bestand, wobei die m\u00e4\u00dfig Aktiven ein um 7% geringeres Risiko aufwiesen. Ein h\u00f6heres Aktivit\u00e4tsniveau f\u00fchrte jedoch nicht zu weiteren signifikanten Vorteilen in Bezug auf die Sterblichkeit.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Intensive k\u00f6rperliche Bet\u00e4tigung und beschleunigte biologische Alterung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00dcberraschenderweise ergab die Analyse des biologischen Alters, das anhand epigenetischer Marker gemessen wurde, dass sowohl die am wenigsten als auch die am meisten aktiven Personen eine beschleunigte biologische Alterung aufwiesen. Dies deutet auf eine U-f\u00f6rmige Beziehung hin, bei der sowohl k\u00f6rperliche Inaktivit\u00e4t als auch \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Aktivit\u00e4t negative Auswirkungen auf das biologische Alter haben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Die Befolgung von Bewegungsempfehlungen verl\u00e4ngert nicht automatisch das Leben<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Studie untersuchte auch, ob die Einhaltung der Bewegungsempfehlungen der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (150-300 Minuten moderate oder 75-150 Minuten intensive Bewegung pro Woche) das Sterberisiko verringert. Die Ergebnisse zeigten jedoch, dass selbst Zwillinge, die diese Empfehlungen erf\u00fcllten, keine signifikanten Unterschiede in der Sterblichkeitsrate im Vergleich zu ihren weniger aktiven Geschwistern aufwiesen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Fazit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Studie legt nahe, dass m\u00e4\u00dfige k\u00f6rperliche Aktivit\u00e4t zwar mit einer geringeren Sterblichkeit verbunden ist, dass aber intensivere Bewegung keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteile bringt. Au\u00dferdem kann \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung die biologische Alterung beschleunigen.
